All sales are final and can't be cancelled once placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges, due to sanitary reasons.
If a product is damaged (manufacturing damage), we will take responsibility and replace it once evidence of a damaged product is provided and the damaged item is shipped back to us (we are not responsible for shipping charge). We can't replace or exchange used items.
Please note that we do not refund money by any circumstances.
All shipping fees are at buyer’s expense and are non-refundable. If your order is returned to us due to undeliverable address the fees to reship the package will be at the customers' expense.
